Terms of Service

You must be 21 or older, or the legal age for sports betting where you live if that's higher. You're responsible for following the laws where you live, including whether sports betting is legal there.

• It's sports analytics and information. We turn public sports data into boards, rankings and projections.
• It isn't a sportsbook. We don't take bets, hold money for bets or pay out winnings.
• It isn't advice. Nothing here is betting, financial or professional advice. What you do with the information is your decision and your responsibility.
• There are no guarantees. Sports are unpredictable and any model is often wrong. We don't promise any result, and the data can be late, incomplete or wrong.

You sign in with Discord or Google. Keep that account secure. One account is for one person: don't share your login or resell access.

• A membership is billed through Stripe at the price shown when you check out. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your Account page: click Manage billing, then cancel in the Stripe billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you joined through LaunchPass, cancel in LaunchPass.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll look into it.
• Trial codes give free access for a set number of days and then end on their own.
• Referral credits work as described on the Refer page. Referring yourself or using fake accounts doesn't count, and we may change or end the program.

Please don't:

• Copy, scrape, republish or resell the members-only boards or data.
• Try to get around the paywall, break the site or attack our systems.
• Harass other members or break the Discord server's rules.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Discord's own terms also apply in our server.

The site, the bot, the models and the boards belong to FilmRoomPicks. Underlying sports data comes from public sources and belongs to its owners. FilmRoomPicks isn't affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, the NFL, any team or any sportsbook. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams.

FilmRoomPicks is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or right. We aren't responsible for any bets you place or money you lose. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything related to FilmRoomPicks is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

We may change or stop parts of the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and for big changes we'll post a notice on the site or in Discord. Using FilmRoomPicks after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling page.
